She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudie Haywood Rawls and Evelyn White Rawls; her husband John Robert Edwards, Jr.; and her siblings, Bobby Rawls, Wayne Rawls, Jerry Rawls and Dorothy Vagnozzi.
She is survived by: her children, Leesa Edwards of Chocowinity, John H. Edwards (Michelle) of Chocowinity and Belinda E. Adams of Greenville; her granddaughter Bethany McVicker (Ryan); her sister Claudette Jenkins; and her sister-in-law Dianne White (Joe).
