He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Rowe, Sr. and Lizzie Idell Cayton. He is survived by: his brother Gregory A. Rowe (Teresa) of Chocowinity; his niece Christie Hawkins of Washington; his great-nephew Calub Kite; his great-nieces, Mayah Cherry of Chocowinity and Camree Cherry of Chocowinity; his stepsisters, Kay Westbrook (Dewayne) of Aurora and Patty Lewis of Chocowinity; and his friend Mel of Blounts Creek.
