He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Arlie Buck and Bernice Evelyn Harper; and his brother Marty Buck. He is survived by: his wife Janice Faye Carrow; his daughters, Jennifer Buck-Nichols (Buddy) of Chocowinity and Jaime Buck Conner (Tracey) of Chocowinity; his sisters, Mary Garris (Phil) of Washington and Juliette Sykes (Joe) of Washington; his grandchildren, Katilyn Pecher (Wyatt), Victoria Buck, Jessica Conner, Jonathan Conner (Liz) and Patrick Conner (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Walter, Ellie Anna, Wesley and Harli.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Union Chapel FWB Church (2110 Old New Bern Rd, Chocowinity, NC 27817). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to Union Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, Missions Fund, P.O. Box 38, Chocowinity, NC 27817 or to the cancer organization of one's choice.
