He was predeceased by: his brothers, Albert and Joseph. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Patricia Kusen (Dan), Veronica, Barbara, Joseph "Joe" Jr. and Harry Sevick (Karen); and his child Mercy Catholic Church. He is also survived by nephews and nieces and 5 great great nephews and nieces.
