We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2025, at the age of 79, Edward R. Harris Jr. of Chocowinity, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Raymond Harris, Sr. and Louise Veatless King Harris; his wife Carol Lynn Hunsberger; his children, Stephanie Harris of Oklahoma City, OK, Bradley Harris (Jolene) of Columbus, OH and Janna Harris (Mark Ploessl) of Hummelstown, PA; his brother Wayne Harris (Debra) of Port Orange, FL; his grandchildren, Blair, Luke, Ethan, Jacob, Cora, Natalie, Hank, Logan and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, Theodore and Jaxon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Free Will Baptist Church (901 N Bonner St, Washington, NC 27889).
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to First Free Will Baptist Church, 901 North Bonner Street, Washington, NC 27889 or to the charity of one's choice.
