She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Taylor and Hazel Bishop Tuck. She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her children, Lisa Lee Foster (Joseph) of Parkville, MD, Angel Fortney (James) of Portsmouth, VA, Arthur W. McMillan of Long Beach, MS, Edward McMillan of Chocowinity, Terry McMillan, Jr. (Heather) of Corapeake, NC, Nigel McMillan (Jenipher) of Suffolk, VA and Adam Buttry of Kannapolis; and her siblings, Socko Kissel of Moyock, Rusty Kissel, Jean Mueller (George) of Chesterfield, VA, Helena McFarlin of Houston, TX, Susie Ashby of Lugoff, SC, Kathy Fulton of Moyock, Debbie Kissel of Moyock and Ester Mae Russel of Peebles, OH.
