She is survived by: her children, Penny Leggett (Joel) of Washington, NC and Joseph Baker of Washington, NC; her brothers, Billy Williams of Greenville, NC, Frank Smith of Pamlico Beach, Walter Edwards of Washington and Sammy Edwards; her nieces, Frances and Tabitha Smith; her nephew Jay Williams; and her grandchildren, Seth and Savannah Leggett.
