He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Allan, Jr. and Maude Natalie Sowle; his spouse Caroline Elizabeth Moss of Portsmouth, RI; and his children, Lloyd Allan (Diana) of Quaker Gap, NC and Sandra Grimes (Robert) of Rocky Mount.
