He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Fountain Futrell (Stephen) of Richlands; his daughter-in-law Danielle Patrick Fountain of Sneads Ferry, NC.; his siblings, Natalie Brock of Knightdale, Patricia Edwards of Beulaville and Elton Fountain (Elvis) of Fountaintown, NC.; and his grandchildren, Austin Futrell, Chandler Futrell, Hope Fountain and Brody Fountain.
