He is survived by: his significant other Anna; his grandson Levi Morton; his nieces, Jaylyn Marquez (Ricky) of Charlotte and Makayla of Sneads Ferry; his great-nephew Lucas; his great-niece Camila Marquey; his children, Chelsea Kyoko-Lynn Crooms (Daniel Morton) of Jacksonville and Nathaniel Keith Crooms of Jacksonville; his brother Jeremiah Lee Crooms (Jennifer) of Jacksonville; and his parents, Elwood Jerry Crooms and Sarah "Linda" Heath Crooms. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
