He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Honke; and his children, William Briggs of Jacksonville, FL, Brenda Carroll (Allen) of Shasta Lake, CA, Steven C. Briggs (Tabitha) of Jacksonville, NC and Arthur A. Honke (Stephanie) of Grovetown, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
