He was predeceased by: his father William C. Love Sr.; his wife Mary Catherine "Cat" Orbison Love; his sister Jo Reta Love Vansickle; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Stuart, Frances Karriker, Becky Waller, Cecil Orbison, Darrell Orbison and Wayne Orbison.
He is survived by: his child Eddie Love; his siblings, Carolyn Love Scott (G. E. "Scotty"), Ken Love (Gloria) and Steve Love; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Honeycutt, Patty Jean Orbison, Phillip Orbison (Patty Morrow) and Edward "Junior" Orbison, Jr. (Frances). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
