He was predeceased by: his father Watt Junior; and his son Scott Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bernard Rogers; his sons, Phil Rogers (Peggy) and Nathan Rogers (Kayla); his sister Gloria Beaver (Melvin); his grandchildren, Heath Rogers (Candice), Mathew Rogers, Shay House, Josh Rogers and Kyley Rogers; and his great grandchildren, Audrey and Katelyn Rogers.
