He is survived by: his wife Jo Christopher Overcash; his children, Angie Overcash of Rockwell and Vernon Clinton Overcash, Jr. (Bridgett Eastridge) of Faith; his stepchildren, Tesha Sigmon (Val) of China Grove and Marty Campbell (Tammy) of Kannapolis; his sister Rachel Overcash Cook of Rockwell; and his grandchildren, Kacie Overcash, Trenton Overcash, Chloe Overcash, Kyndal, Kamryn Sigmon, Maeghan Smith, Michael Campbell and Madyson Matthews.
