With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thetis Nobles of China Grove, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2021 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Barfield and Blanche Nobles Barfield; her husband Jerome Nobles; her children, Delane and Delila Nobles; and her grandson Jeremy Hester.
She is survived by: her daughter Myra Nobles Harrison (Darrell); her grandchildren, Daphne Ward, Cody Hester, Kamie Harrison, Timmy Harrison, Kaylee Hester, Kasey Lane and Justin Holmes; her great grandchildren, Justin, Austin, Elizabeth, Kaden and Kallie; her great great grandchildren, Jameson, Madalynn, Waylon, Kaden, Kali, Kerra, Kenzley, Dillon, Lawson, Connor, Denim, Tiny, Cam and Aubrey; her siblings, Mack Barfield of Chadbourn and Sudie Wright of Yadkinville, NC; and her close friend Renee Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
