She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fowler and Bessie Norris Fowler; her husband Larry Graham; her siblings, Fred Fowler Jr., Sarah Fowler, Marie McCormick, Phyllis Crump, Louise Tomberlin and Betty Goodwin; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Musselwhite, Ronald Perry, Phillip Graham and Linda Willis.

She is survived by: her daughter Laura Pennell (David Jr.); her grandson Daniel Pennell; her sister Joy Martin (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Kay Musselwhite, Jo Ann Perry and Jimmy Willis.
