He is survived by: his wife Percella Hager Phillips; his daughters, Lisa Winkler (John) and Kerri Henry (Rick); his sister Janet Hoke; his grandchildren, Dillon Winkler (Courtney), Brittany Sprinkles, Jessica Winkler (Logan), Madison Henry and Brandon Winkler; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Colt and Macey.
