She was predeceased by: her grandfather Paul Cook. She is survived by: her mother Donna Cook; her grandparents, Patricia Cook Childress and Ken Childress; her aunt Becky Tilley (Jeff); her great-aunts, Judy Byrd, Karen Morton and Kay Cook; and her cousins, Austin Tilley, Andrew Cook and Kim Cook.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations of red rose bushes be made to them at 630 Old Linn Rd, China Grove, NC 28083.
