He is survived by: his children, Michael Garver (Gina Wagoner), Ken Garver and Heather Garver Greer (Michael); his grandchildren, Amanda Greer Corriher (Shannon), Haley Garver, Christopher Greer and Mitchell Garver; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Spencer Corriher; and the mother of his children Sandy Wise.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Kidney Foundation, The American Heart Association, or St Jude's.
