She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Wykle and Edna Wykle; her son Donald Leroy Dewitt; her siblings, Martha Kavanaugh, Mark "Bo" and Paul Wykle; and her nephew Chris Wykle.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda Stephens (Thomas) of Albemarle and Kenneth Barber (Amanda Jo Howard) of Concord; her siblings, Bruce Wykle of Richmond, VA and Laura Williams of Richmond, VA; her granddaughters, Mackenzie Stephens (Faith Reddin) of Concord and Miyah Stephens of Albemarle; and her nieces and nephews, Nicole Barlow, Paula Trivett, Jessica Shipman, Mason Kavanaugh and Eugene Wykle. She is also survived by her family and friends.
