With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronnie Hurst of China Grove, North Carolina, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on May 24, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovel Lee and Helen Martina Hurst; and his sister Mary Jane Hurst. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hurst Gay (Scott Payne) and Michael Dale Hurst; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hurst Brooks (Ben), Michael Lee Hurst, Brittany DeSantis, Devin Lee Gay, Dalton Mitchell Gay and Ava Leigh Hurst; and his great grandchildren, Elliott Brooks, Grace Brooks, Emma Brooks, Loraine DeSantis and Easton Hurst.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Charity Baptist Church, 2420 Brantley Road, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
