He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Lambert (Bud) and Harvey Tutterow (Ruby); his son Randall Tutterow; his siblings, Roger Tutterow and Betty Welch; and his nephew Michael Tutterow.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Fisher, Tabitha Tutterow and Rodney Tutterow (Randy "Scooter" Tutterow); his siblings, Kathy Almond (Gary), Hilda Smith (Jay) and Timmy Tutterow; his stepsiblings, Jimmy Lambert and Jan Heglar; his former wife Christine Bethea; and his pet Connor. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
