He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Senior Stamey and Beatrice Burris Stamey Couch; and his wife Lollie Schenck Stamey. He is survived by: his children, Blinda S. Dishman (James) of Statesville and Dennis Michael Stamey (Patricia) of Rockwell; his siblings, Frankie, Melony, Brian and Jeff; and his grandchildren, Angie Hancock (Joey), Ricky Wayne Barnhardt (Tammy) and Sandy Corriher (Ted). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
