She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Leroy Wagner and Florence Cordelia Upright Wagner; her husband Carl William Elliott; her son William David Elliott; her grandson Matthew Daniel Elliott of China Grove; and her siblings, Ralph Wagner, Jack Wagner, Wesley Wagner of California, Worth C. Wagner (Donald S. Wagner), Lenolia Barnhardt, Kathleen Ballard, Veda Wagner and Vonda Wagner.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sandra Louise Wise (Eddie) of Rockwell and Deborah Ann Raper (Garry) of China Grove; her friend Gail Pethel; and her niece Beverly Williams.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the West Lawn Memorial Park (1350 S Main St, China Grove, NC 28023).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice or New Hope Presbyterian Church, 602 Stevens Street, China Grove, NC 28023.
