She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Pethel and Gertrude Hatcher Pethel; her siblings, Brady Pethel and Glenna-Mae Robinson; and her grandson Eddie Pena.
She is survived by: her husband Stamie Carol Joyner Jr.; her children, Michael Henry (Teresa) and Brenda Fleming (Craig); her grandchildren, Jolene Hodges (Billy), Cody Henry, Joey Camacho, Junior Pena and Mika Bailey; her great grandchildren, Destiny, Madison, Gracie Hodges, Cassidy Camacho, Kaylee, Eli Pena, Ethan Bailey, Emerald and Ezekiel Brantley; and her nieces, Diana Eaton, Paulette Speagle and Gail Miller.
