He was predeceased by: his parents, T. B. Karriker and Naomi Bentley Karriker. He is survived by: his children, Krystal Crum (Jim) and Mikey Karriker (Pam); his grandchildren, Luke, Mark Crum, Mikey, Isabel, Madison and Gracie Karriker; his siblings, Dave Karriker (Debbie) and Sarah Lewis; and his close friends, Ken, Sandra Stamey, Raymond Condry, Danny Murph and Bill Lipe. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
