We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 93, Martha Whaley of China Grove, North Carolina, born in Mooresville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Elizabeth Baker Marlowe and John Dewey Marlowe; her husband H. A. Whaley; and her siblings, Ross Issac Marlowe and Helen Washam.
She is survived by: her children, Ross A. Tony Whaley (Sharon) of Kannapolis, Holly Childers (Charles) of China Grove and Scott Whaley (June) of China Grove; her grandsons, Andy Whaley (Melissa) of China Grove, Chad Alley (Kelli) and Brian Alley; her great grandchildren, Parker Whaley, Emrie Alley, Cameron Alley, Sam and Lily; and her nieces and nephews, Portia, Dexter, Marilyn and Debbie.
