She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bedford and Clara Hafer Goble; and her husband Henry Jackson Deal. She is survived by: her children, Judith Shinn (Robert) of China Grove and Ernest Deal (Cynthia) of China Grove; and her grandchildren, Robert Lee Shinn, Charles Eric Shinn (Georgina), Christopher Ryan Deal (Carrie), Rebecca Jane Bishop and Jennifer Grace Deal (Brian Fromal). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
