With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine Jane Corriher of China Grove, North Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Shuping and Mary Young Shuping; and her brothers, Jack Shuping and Bill Shuping. She is survived by: her husband Harry Pressley Corriher, II; her children, Chris Corriher (Spring), Ellen Benfield (Brian) of Shelby and Emily Bancroft (Bryan); her grandchildren, Griffin, Keeley, Meredith Benfield, Ethan, Savanna, Luke and Holden Bancroft; her stepgrandchildren, Brianne Watson and Kacie Damme; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ransom, Avery, Finley and Hardison Damme; her siblings-in-law, John Corriher and Jan Corriher Kelly; and also, Mary Picking, Bob Shuping (Jean), Romas Shuping (Sarah), Leda Belk, Dick Shuping (Jean), Tom Shuping (Pat) and Susan Linn (Bill). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
