Miller of Asheville, Karen Higgins of Asheville and Roger Wayne Higgins of Hawaii; his grandchildren, Clay, Miranda, Jacob Higgins, Brittany Dietz (Jacob), Kristen Thomas (Chad), Brandon and Dylan Park; and his great grandchildren, Bailee, Brody, Camden and Aubrey.
