He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Bostian and Elsie Lipe Bostian; his wife Alice Johnson Bostian; his sisters, Juanita Bostian White, Colene Bostian and Vivian Bostian Dickinson; and his grandson Kurtis Bentley.

He is survived by: his children, Connie Bentley (Larry), Brenda Alley (Bobby), Rebecca Erwin (Ken) and Jeff Bostian (Maria); his grandchildren, Amanda Carter (Corey), Andrea Hafner (Zachary), Lauren Roberts (Casey), Brett Alley (Meredith), Meredith Teeter (Michael), Steven Erwin, Lacie Erwin and Jeffrey Bostian (McKenzie); and his great grandchildren, Alice, Stella Carter, Maximus, Alexander, Faelyn, Jasper Hafner, Liam, Eve Roberts, Genevieve Alley, Hunter, Hannah Teeter and Grace Erwin. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
