It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Lynn Forstrom of China Grove, North Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Lackey Forstrom; his children, Dylan Lackey (Courtney), Taylor Jester (Patrick), Peyton Forstrom and Abigail Forstrom; his grandchildren, Tucker Jester, Dawson Jester and Paisley Lackey; his parents, William Jon Forstrom and Tana Jones Forstrom; and his siblings, Kyle Forstrom (Rachael) and Layne Forstrom. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
