He is survived by: his wife Sandy Blackwelder Powers; his children, Justin Michael Powers and Kristin Nicole Powers; his brother Gary Powers (Tamara); his siblings-in-law, Gary Blackwelder, Tommy Blackwelder and Patty Blackwelder; and his grandchildren, Madison, Jaden, McKenzie, Javob and Lilly.
