He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dan, Joanne Hodge and Rowdy Randy Ross. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hodge and Sherry Ross Johnson; his stepfather Darrin Johnson; his brother Ramon Gonzalez (Ansleigh Gonzalez); his grandmother Patricia Rose Bruce (Tom Bruce); his aunts and uncles, Randy Ross, David Hodge (Jill Hodge), Susan Hodge Thomas and Bette Hodges; his cousins, Alex Thomas, William Thomas, Bill Hodge (Alexa) and Lauren Hodge Davis (Ben); his nephew Julien Gonzalez; and his stepsiblings, Kevin Johnson, Kayla Sullivan, Nathan Johnson and Alex Johnson.
