He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rodney Wilhoit and Heather Vannoy; his stepfather Jay Pegram; his sisters, Raechel Payne, Heather Wilhoit and Amanda Wilhoit; his stepsiblings, Caleb Pegram and Victoria Watson (Colton); his grandparents, Billy and Carol Vannoy; his great-grandparents, Eugene "Tippy" and Jane Vannoy; his aunt Crystal Chen; and his cousin Mason Chen.
