He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardin Darrell Young Sr. and Pauline Almond Young. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Patterson Young of China Grove, NC; his son Tristom Young (Sara) of Asheville, NC; his brothers, Paul Young (Karen) of Chapin, SC and David Young of Boone, NC; his nieces, Heather and Kendle; and his brother-in-law Phillip Patterson (Ryane). He is also survived by family, and numerous other friends.
