He is survived by: his son Roger Scott Wise (Amy) of China Grove; his grandchildren, Jordan Scott Wise and Addison Lynne Wise; his caregiver Darlene Gaither; his sister-in-law Linda Benge; his friends, Alan and Barbara Nance; and his sister Brenda Sue Epley of China Grove.
