He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Norton and Mary Norton; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Griffin; his children, Steve Norton (Amanda) and Shannon Moore (Bryan) of China Grove; his grandchildren, McKenzie Beaver (Jesse) of Rockwell, Chandler and Dillon Norton of China Grove; his great grandchildren, Wylder Ware and Eliza Beaver of Rockwell; and his sister Carolyn Hollingsworth of Mt. Airy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
