He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Musselwhite and Alma Lee Swink; his stepfather Jack Baker; his brothers, Jerry Musselwhite and Tommie Musselwhite; and his sister-in-law Mary Etta Musselwhite.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Graham Musselwhite; his children, Frankie Musselwhite Jr. (Susan Corriher) of China Grove and Rick Musselwhite (Michelle) of Salisbury; his stepbrother Ralph Baker (Julia) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Lauren Musselwhite Horton (Jacob), Sarah Musselwhite and Ricky Musselwhite; his great grandchild Abigail Horton; and his sisters-in-law, Jo Anne Perry and Sylvia Graham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion United Church of Christ, 1415 S. Main St. China Grove, NC 28023.
