She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Arthur and Willie Viola Thompson; her husband C. A. Brown Kimball; and her sister Callie T. Biles. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Kimball Porter (Barry) of Kannapolis and Donald William Kimball of Mooresville; and her sister-in-law Martha Kimball Dayvault of Concord. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
