With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Stirewalt of China Grove, North Carolina, born in Jefferson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 62. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Franklin Dishman and Mary Giles Dishman of Virginia; her son Timothy Allen Howard; her brother Daniel "Danny" Dishman; and her pet Lilly.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Howard (Aletha Gonzalez) of China Grove and Garon Howard of Indiana; her siblings, Janice Smith (Carlton Burgess) of Landis, Judy Allen (Kirby) of Mt. Pleasant, Vickie Lambert (Dallas Burke) of Kannapolis and Tommy Dishman of China Grove; her sister-in-law Kelly Irvin of Kannapolis; and her grandchildren, Timothy, Sammie, Alyssa Howard, Alaia and Max Gonzalez. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
