He is survived by: his parents, Roger Blevins and Charlotte Nicholas Blevins; his fiancée Jessica Lachelle McIntyre; his son Asher Kai Blevins; and his siblings, Tony Rippey, Tim Rippey, Rory Collins and Lorie Collins Hill.
