He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lynn Maness Mishak; his children, Jacob Smith (Brooklyn) of Kannapolis, Zachary Smith of China Grove, Cyndi Mishak-Hibbler of Dallas, NC, Christie Reale (Nick) of Concord, Katie Formanek (Tyler) of Lexington, Sabrina Mishak and Megan Mishak; his sister Deborah Sawyer of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Eric Jr., Katelyn, Devynn, Athens and Artemis; and his stepfather Walter Turnmire.
