She was predeceased by: her parents, Eustace Freeze and Lottie Freeze; and her husband Herman L. Weant. She is survived by: her daughter Yolanda Weant Hooks (Don) of China Grove; her grandchildren, Karen McDonald (Tom) of Evansville, I. N. and Nathan Donald Hooks (Rebecca) of Burlington, N. C.; and her great grandchildren, Mason McDonald, Zachary McDonald, Kayli McDonald and Nathan Gabriel Hooks.
