He is survived by: his parent Fannie Marie Hill Russell; his wife Gladys Christy Russell; his sons, Rusty Jr. and Russell, Jr.; his wife Leigh Russell of Colorado Springs, CO; his daughter Christina Dillon (Bruce) of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Riley Taloumis (Jimmy), Caroline Russell, Ryan Russell and Cameron Russell; and also Brent Russell (Krissie) of Kannapolis.
