He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Alfred Jones and Margaret Ross Jones; his siblings, Alvin Jones, Marshall Jones, Margaret Jones Honeycutt and Ruth Jones Forrest; his niece Peggy Wilbanks Long; and his nephew Cullen Wilbanks.
He is survived by: his nieces, Nita Wilbanks and Diane Forrest; his nephew Lynn Wilbanks; and also Mike Taylor.
