She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Roosevelt Nichols and Leomie Dyson Nichols; and her siblings, Gilbert Nichols, Frances Chatham, Edward Nichols, Junior Nichols, Margaret Carbonaro and Billy Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Newcombe (Sandy), Dean Newcombe and Dana Gooch (Steven); and her grandchildren, Dustin Newcombe, Sydney Newcombe, Lee Heath and Lillianne Heath. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
