He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dale Hedgpeth Tilley; his children, Bill Tilley, Jr. (Leeann), Chad Brittain (Julie) and Bobbie Gillaspie (David); and his siblings, Michael Joe Tilley, Shirley Walker (Jerry), Judy Waters and Darlene Walls. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
