Elswick; his brother Johnny Elswick; his close friend Candice Melton; his children, Dayton Elswick, Heather Elswick, Christina Brown and Carolyn Pennington; his sisters, Loretta Manning, Ada Ledsome, Wanda Arnold and Doris Cox; and his grandchildren, Anna Lowman and Piper Elswick.
