She was predeceased by: her parents, William Othess Yates and Veva Mae Monroe Yates; her husband George Robert Truesdell; and her son David Truesdell. She is survived by: her son Michael Truesdell (Cindy) of Cherryville; her grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon, Thomas and Gracie; and her siblings, Barbara Parker and Bill Yates of New York. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
